Repair Policy

As Dior Sullivan Designs wants to ensure customer satisfaction. If something is wrong within 14 days of receiving your piece due to faulty workmanship, we will take care of it. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done for a repair fee.
